Red Bean Chili!

1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz. jalapenos
1 lb. dried kidney beans
32 oz. tomato juice
1 c. vegetable broth
1 T. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. cayenne

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.  Scoop it into a bowl and eat it up!
