5 c. baby spinach
2 peaches, sliced
5 thin slices prosciutto
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. olive oil
1 t. black pepper
Layer peaches, prosciutto, and mozzarella over baby spinach. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and pepper to dress the salad.
