Hummus!

15 oz. chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
1/4 c. tahini
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. olive oil
1 t. cumin
1 t. cayenne

Puree chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and spices.  Add more chickpea liquid for smooth hummus.  Serve with vegetables or pita bread.
