Pumpkin Custard!

2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin
1 T. cinnamon
2 t. ginger
2 T. peanut butter
1/4 c. vanilla protein powder
1/4 c. chia seeds
4 oz. coconut milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Place all ingredients except walnuts in a blender.  Blend until combined and pour the entire mixture into a greased 13x9 baking dish.  Top with walnuts and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
