Banana Protein Muffins!

1 egg
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. applesauce
1 t. vanilla
2 c. oats
2 scoops protein powder
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and scoop into a greased muffin tin.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
